What I needed best in building supplies
My elderly mother has a small and very narrow passage between the door that leads out of the garage and the door that leads into the rest of the house. Between the two doors is a very narrow passageway with steps on the right leading down. One ride is enough to fall down the stairs. I placed the 2x4 with this product about waist high at the top of the stairs in case she or anyone else might need it to avoid falls. If someone needs to use a ladder, which is rare as there is another ladder, the 2x4 just pulls out.
