Works GREAT as an airtight container for my artist palette!
I don't use this pan for cooking. I use it as an airtight lid for my artist tray. For this purpose it works amazingly. I just put a glass bowl in and the oil paints stay wet for MANY more days. I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner!
