I got this as a gift off my registry. It is an excellent kit for postpartum. It has everything my research said would be good to have. I can not comment on the effectiveness of the product. I ended up having a c section so I did not need any of the contents so I returned it for the refund. I am still giving this product five stars because having it before I my baby was born brought me so much peace of mind and made me feel way more prepared then I had felt prior to receiving it. I do not regret having this on my registry. I still recommend other mommas-to-be have this on their registries too, though I highly recommend not opening it until after your baby is born. The hospital will have the product you will need while you are giving birth. That way if you don't end up needing it you can return it for a refund.
