The cleaner is always the same, so when purchasing a KlearScreen product, be sure to check the accessories that come with it. Which one you use has a big impact on how well the product works for you on the screen you're cleaning. In short: Wet wipes from Step 1 only really make sense for mobile phones, photo lenses, netbooks and large laptops when things have to be done quickly. An alternative to step 1 is to spray the cleaner onto a piece of regular microfiber cloth to apply the cleaner to the screen. Whether you use the dry side of a regular microfiber towel or a microfiber terry towel depends on the screen. For anti-glare monitors (which are becoming rarer), use a plain cloth. For glossy screens, use terry cloth. The bigger the screen, the faster you need to get from step 1 to step 2. Otherwise, just follow the instructions and with a little practice, you'll get consistently brilliant results! I bought this kit mainly because it was only a few dollars more expensive. than buying another microfiber terry towel directly. I could save money by buying a similar product for a different purpose. I've had both good and bad results with different products, but I knew the terry cloth in this set would keep my screen clean and shiny, and it did.
