I love that they are very responsive to customer service issues (even when it is not their fault).
There was one time where my account needed resetting but after waiting for several days in between calls/emails we were told there would be another delay because of "security reasons". That's fine if you want your business shut down at 3am! But then again this isn't just any other startup - so maybe what happens during normal working hours shouldn’t affect our day? The platform itself works well enough as far back data entry goes; however sometimes certain things can get lost over email which makes me question whether everything has been entered correctly into first place before being sent off via eMail etc., especially since some clients prefer receiving information from us through emails rather than calling them up directly ourselves whenever required by law / insurance purposes..
