Review on TourCAT by Ian Bates

I like everything about this platform! It is very user friendly and gives me all the info I need to better manage my business in one place without having to spend hours searching through websites or spreadsheets. There are some features I would really love to see added but that will be coming soon as well. Everything works perfectly. We have not had any issues with our account manager at tourcat.com. The customer service has been great too. They get back to you quickly and efficiently. As an administrator/manager of multiple offices across the US (and also internationally), we rely heavily upon accurate inventory tracking. This program allows us to track inventory between every office location around the world simultaneously so we can make sure there isn't any discrepancies within our system.
