After years of buying Budge cases, I'm afraid the romance is over. 3 stars only because the materials are exactly what I expected from Budge. Fit and finish, however, are another matter. First of all, I was dismayed to find numerous black spots on the lid of a package that it will NEVER fit into. Luckily they're all out, but hey, new out of the box, is that it? Then comes the installation on the MASCHINE, a not very long surfboard, the MASCHINE. The length is perfect, covered on the sides. Well, 2/3 protection is better than nothing. To be fair if I stretch it to the head of the drum I can stretch it to the sills. I reckon if Budge cut each bedspread a few inches of fabric the savings would be equivalent to paying for a free bedspread. I'm just sad that a company like Budge is "not doing any better" than the rest. You STILL pay premium dollars for the product, you just don't get what you used to get. I was considering sending it back, the problem is the budge cover has NEVER scratched any of my cars so until I meet the 'other' guys I'm just going to hang onto the thing.
