this really helped straighten my sagging 4runner. I could have installed cheap rear springs but didn't want to as I will soon be installing all new high quality springs/damper etc and wanted to save my money until I'm done with that. The sagging of the rear springs leveled the car and raised it a little. Driving behavior has greatly improved. I'll add, at least for 4runner, the instructions are fine if you might have a lift. Remove shock lower bolts, panhard linkage, lower differential, remove springs, install spacers, install new springs, some prying may be required, sounds easy enough. Well, first, to make it a lot easier, remove the rear wheels, then also remove the upper link point, this allows the diff to fall off and "flex" even more. Removing the sway bar connections didn't require "peeking" with tools, it could all be done with brawn.
