Review on Knitters Pride KP200608 Special Interchangeable by Summer Hendricks

I love needles and I like the shorter size. The tips are just right, not too sharp, not too blunt, and the laminated birch feels like silk. The join is smooth and doesn't seem to cause snags or snag problems with the yarn when knitting in the round. Would have been a 5 plus BUT BECAUSE of the problems of fitting a US 7 needle on a separately purchased 40 inch cord but still the knitter's pride. I don't know if the problem was with the needle or the cable, but luckily the problem was quickly fixed with some WD-40 and the needle and cable fitted together very smoothly. I smeared some WD 40 onto a 20 inch line to thread US 8, but had no problems with other needles or cords. The twisting of cords and needles seems to have been the biggest source of complaints looking at other reviews; I was lucky, WD 40 helped. The needles are fine; This is my first knitter.
