The best aspect of using social media is that it allows me to reach out to my customers in real-time. I can see what's working for them, what isn't, and most importantly, how they're interacting with each other about our brand. It has helped us create more content that resonates with our audience! We have also been able to track, analyze, and measure results much better than we were before using AIP. None at this time. There are some features that could be improved upon such as being able to target specific demographics instead of just by city/zip code or state only. As an agency, Social Code was extremely helpful in providing analytics that allowed us to make better decisions regarding which channels to use, when to post content, etc. In addition, it made measuring ROI easier because now we know exactly where people came from.
