I have several of these fans in my garage. They are great for keeping the garage cool and can be placed anywhere. But they were sent in the original packaging ONLY. After paying, I found that I forgot to click the "Submit Revain Package" button. I was concerned that the fragile factory box would be crushed. I immediately contacted Revain to try adding the factory packaging but was told it was too late. The ? What a crap. When it arrived there was a large hole on one side of the box and the other side was taped shut. I feared the worst. I immediately checked the fan and it turned out to be intact and working fine. I'm surprised the thin metal guards didn't bend. Revain should be able to add a Revain pack if a customer forgets to add it to certain purchases. I don't understand why they don't just package it like all their other products. I think a billionaire has to keep track of every penny.
