almost a year ago I bought 2 fans. One of them stopped working a few weeks ago. The company sent a generic email reply to call the number as it is under warranty. I called this number, no one answers and it goes to voicemail. Revain has contacted the seller many times and has not responded. So the warranty is worthless, and since it's not sold directly through Revain there doesn't appear to be anything that can be done.

The fan is directed almost vertically upwards. If you push the fan down so it's parallel to the floor, it just bounces back up and the air just blows toward the ceiling. About a week ago I tried to return the fan. Couldn't reach the seller. Have Revein. Was able to contact the seller. Revane informed me that I should receive a return label in a few days. It's been a week and still no label. Be sure to buy something else!

If I could I wouldn't leave a single star. The build quality is terrible, the motor housings popped out of both fans when I took them out of the boxes and didn't want to put them back on. Looks like they tried to use too little glue. The motors look marvelous at 3 months old (copper coils tied with twine!), both fans were missing brackets and screws. Assembling just one and powering it on gives a constant rattle and creak, and what I assume must be a tiny screw to hold the fan cases together…

This fan is inexpensive, has 3 speeds and oscillates, is space-saving thanks to wall mounting and is relatively quiet. However, it requires assembly prior to installation and the quality of the mounting hardware is very poor, I replaced the screws with my own and the bracket proved a little flimsy. Also, the front grille was missing a fairing and neither Revain nor the manufacturer have replacement parts, so I had a choice of returning and ordering a new unit or going without the front. I ordered these fans to save energy by reducing air conditioning usage. I also thought it might act as a white noise machine for my son's sleep. PROS: • This thing MOVES the air! What matters most, so that's what. That's a great fan. • Mounting bracket is annoying but works. CONS: • Not easy to install. There is a bracket that you mount on the wall, then hang the fan on it, then you need to screw this knob into the hole that aligns the fan and bracket. Almost impossible.
