Special care pans aren't worth it

advertised. They're finicky, difficult to clean, and I'm starting to wonder what the term "non-stick" means. First, only certain oils can be used in them. One of the taboos is sesame oil, so forget about making something yummy because I tried it once and ruined a pan forever. I continue to only use the recommended oil, and I always use oil because non-stick seems to mean "if you use fat, it probably doesn't stick much", now I'm faced with an unexplained sticky residue that comes after vegan cooking has arisen. Chicken and zucchini (only in grapeseed oil, salt and pepper) that won't come out after repeated soaking, brushing and washing in the dishwasher. in a few years, then do it, otherwise I can't recommend them to anyone. Yes, and pots are good because it's difficult to mess something up by cooking soup in them I think. So if you want pots that look like they're covered in glitter, go for it.
