stand fits but does not include all parts and screws. The instructions showed a longer screw that was not included (but two shorter ones were included). Also, the bolt for the clutch pin didn't have a nut (this whole setup looks sketchy to me, and I'm going to reinforce it with some other parts. Finally, there's one part marked as Item Z (mounting plate) that it's not in mine Box. All the connections have a lot of play which causes the rack to wear out more over time. Also the pictures looked like it was a black bike rack but the one I got was brown. Not the end of the world , but eventually it let me down.
