The ability of Centermaster was that it had all you need in one place, from an agent perspective as well as business side (i.e., reporting). As with any software there are some things I would like changed but nothing major or anything other than minor issues such has not having access to certain features when logging into CM directly versus through our PCS server etc.. Also we have been able get everything within center master including phone call recordings which allowed us more flexibility down line if needed/needed now easier then using multiple applications just by adding another application!
