Tankless design works very well. Saves me a lot of space. The company responded very quickly to all my questions. However, I wanted a mineralizing filter to return the minerals to the water but they ran out so I bought from another company and it changed the taste. I don't mind but my wife can say I hope we get used to it. Also, using the tester sent to me, I found that my water softener was not working. So I will replace it. My water hardness is 277ppm but the reverse osmosis filter reduces it to 50 so even with the addition of a mineralizer it really works. I would buy it again.
