The filter fits perfectly but be warned there is no o-ring included. O-ring reused from the original filter. The upholstery leaves room for improvement. My first order came with a broken gasket, probably because it was mostly crumpled and left with the filter. My replacement arrived undamaged, but it had to be laid out flat and given time to rest so it lay flat (with the help of a book or two). The gasket is a mixture of cork and rubber or a similar material. Sealed perfectly on my non-RTV setup. I had to clean the pan from the original RTV sealer. It should be noted that your transmission will likely have a harder time downshifting after changing the filter and fluid. Dealers can put the Town and Country into a fast learn mode so the transmission quickly relearns shift points, or you can drive it and it will slowly adjust to the new fluid.
