This is very good quality. Easy to read and install. Allows you to easily mark desired corners. Includes instructions and 2 woodworking pencils.

- DON'T JUST MANUFACTURE, WE UPDATE: We continually upgrade our products in line with customer advice. We have additional laser engraved length scales to make measuring and recording length easier. 1/5" thick aluminum alloy is stronger and won't bend like plastic.
