Review on Beginner's Starter Embroidery Kits with Pattern - Birds and Cherry - YOUYOUTE by Amber Perez

The design is very nice and the color of the fabric and floss is bright and beautiful. I wouldn't recommend it for a beginner though. The instructions that come with it aren't very clear, and parts of the design aren't marked with a stitch, giving you a better guess based on other similar (but not the same) areas. Some designs state that only one strand of six strands is used, but attempts to do this have not been successful or don't look good so I'm trying 2 strands. The metallic thread is a great addition that makes this pattern unique among others I've seen and I love the sheen, but the thread can be a bit unwieldy and again there aren't a lot of guides on how to handle it. Again, it's beautiful and I think it will be worth the work when it's finished, but I wouldn't make it one of your first sets as a beginner.
