Rear defrost not working and temp control poorly tested with multimeter no voltage on terminal

I was waiting for this 1 day after return 2 terminals no temp control voltage and rear defrost tested with multimeter spent $90 on this POS ordered a new one from Rock Auto, installed, everything works as it should. Do not buy from this seller, no quality control, you may get one that doesn't work and put it in once you receive it so you can send it back
