This is the third water bottle I've tried for my little one. The first was Camelbak Eddy. My baby chewed a hole in the pliable plastic three times and lost sucking power and started licking profusely. The third hole was on a part that could not be replaced. It was also inconvenient to clean the cracks. The second bottle was Nalgene Grip-N-Gulp, which requires a lot of sucking to get some water down. When we saw that she wasn't getting enough fluids a day, we switched to this one. Although it's new and my kid still has trouble opening the lid (strength issue) I don't see the same hole issue as Camelbak and it's easier to drink than Nalgene. It doesn't seem to flow easily. She loves ears. It doesn't appear to be dishwasher safe, which isn't a problem for us. As long as I like it!
