I like that everything can be done online without having employees visit stores or call customer service centers every time they need help with something! It has been easy for our customers who work remotely because it makes their jobs easier by giving them access at any given moment from anywhere using mobile devices (tablets/phones).
We have had no issues thus far but if we did experience one as an employee i think things would get better immediately since there are people available 24-7 via chat services so anything could potentially happen anytime even during off hours when most team members aren't around. Easy way keep track of all information about each client such assurnee's personal info etc..
