I feel compelled to update my review, there have been others who have spoken of cracks in the floor or other issues but to me the top where you pour is like a jagged edge that not treated with glass and if you just tap it against something, a sink or something. Just tap it and the pieces will keep chipping. This is a very poor design, if this top edge was treated like normal glass it would be fine but it isn't and it breaks very easily and is basically useless. I will say that the seller showed up immediately and did everything right with the exchange for another product.
