Review on Outsource Shipping and Order Fulfillment by Marquel Floyd

The customer service has been top notch. It's easy to use. They have the best software out there for shipping rates. I had a problem last week and they were able to resolve it right away. No complaints at all. The only thing that I've noticed that I don't like about this program is their lack of a mobile app. This makes me wish that they would make one so that we could actually see what is being shipped from our website. We are using Outsource Shipping & Order Fulfillment to fulfill orders for our website. It saves us time and money by having someone else handle the actual shipping part.
