Review on πŸ’ͺ Powerful Performance: BLACK+DECKER BDED200C Corded Drill for all your drilling needs by Timothy Louis

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Good, but. The cartridge is misaligned. Hesitate.

The very first thing I did was jab my hand with the club that was attached to the bottom of the handle. Yes, that flathead screwdriver was sharp. I removed it right away. whatever it is Then I plugged it in and tried the speeds. For comparison, I have an old Craftsman variable speed drill that has enough torque to break your wrist. Feel that this B&D drill has a lot of torque. I like it. The trigger allows you to run it at a very slow speed. I like it. But if you look at it, the cartridge seems to be a bit out of round. A little bit. Well it's plastic. So maybe it's just for looks, I thought, and took it down to the basement for a test. I have all kinds of drills. big and small. Some of them are damaged and probably not straight. But some unused, new from factory, direct and genuine. If you put it in this B&D cartridge and look at it from the side like a drill, yes, there it is. hesitation and gossip. As expected, closer to the top is worse. I'll try more seriously later when I have time or have a specific project. -------------------- If this cartridge didn't exist, I would appreciate this drill very much. Maybe you can get a drill press with a more reliable drill chuck.

Pros
  • Medium handle design provides balance and control for the drill
Cons
