Pros and cons. This mount has incredible suction power. I was very worried it wouldn't stay on my dash because I never had a suction cup mount. This one does! The sticky suction cup hasn't let me down yet. The retractable arm is a great feature but needs an overhaul. The swivel arm locks into place, but the retractable arm does not. So when I type in an address, it drives in. This isn't critical but annoying, I fixed it by simply sticking a piece of electrical tape on it. The sphere to which the GPS is attached should be slightly larger. If you hit a pothole or train tracks, the GPS lowers and looks at the ground. If you live or drive in an area with perfect roads, this is not a problem for you. I love the concept of this mount, it just needs a few tweaks.
