Works well in 220V outlet, poorly in 120V.
I have an electric longboard Ownboard W1S and found that the charger is not working properly. It keeps flashing as if charging and then turns red for a few minutes and charges the battery quickly and takes hours to charge my 144Wh battery. However when I took a trip to Europe I didn't have this problem, he charged it for an hour and the light didn't flicker but was solid red. So it's not a bad EU charger, but I wouldn't use it if you had a 120v outlet.
