Works fine, but there is a small problem. They give you two adjustable strap clips to keep it in place. The instructions state that you may need suitable U-clamps to attach it to some of the racks. I don't know which bollard tape clips work well with, but they don't work well with metal bollards. If you try to tighten the yoke just enough to stop moving on the metal fence post, you will break the yoke. I think if you could get a small piece of rubber spacer it would work as you can put the spacer between the pipe and the clamp and it's the spacer that is compressing the galvanized pipe. Otherwise it's good quality. product and works very well.
