Time will tell. Almost a perfect fit.

Fitment was good with exception of holes for vanity cover did not line up. Was only able to secure 2 of the 3 vanity cover bolts on my E90 N54.

Pros

Works just as intended.

Cons

Expensive Replacement - The cost of the BMW X6 Z4 M135I M140I M2 M235I M240I 135I 335I 535I 740I 740Li L6 3.0L Engine Valve Cover & Gasket Set Replacement is relatively high compared to other engine parts, and it may prove expensive to replace
