Excellent Quality Paring Knife
Update: I've used this a few times and now I'm hoping they get more so I can order more. They cut so well that I can cut many fruits and veggies with thin paper. I have just received an Old Hickory 753 3 1/4" carbon steel kitchen knife and have not yet used it. Hence the 4 star rating. It is based solely on the look, feel and design of the knife. The handle and blade are solid and beautiful done. Once I actually use it I'll update this review to add how it handles cutting/broaching various items.
