I didn't need a lot of marinated shrimp at once so this small size is perfect. It is easy to use and made of high quality plastic. Be careful when disconnecting the hose from the air supply or you'll squirt live brine shrimp everywhere when draining from the same hose. This detail makes the design simple and straightforward. I've found it hatches about 1/8 teaspoon of Artemia eggs at a time, which is enough for my four nano tanks. This hatchery is way better than the one where you have to cut open a plastic bottle that often leaks. The clear, thick plastic body makes it easy to see when a batch is ready to harvest. A simple rinse and I'm ready to run it on a new batch. Love it!
