When I arrived I had a huge pothole off the corner. When it's plugged in and powered on. It takes about 30 seconds for the power button to light up. Aka: TAKES A LONG TIME to boot and open the DVD. Also, my husband and I turned on the DVD and it bugged the whole time. It wasn't a hard drive. That couldn't be. It looked like block error. I will never use used electronics again. It's just the time you invest in a purchase to send it back and wait for another. When technology is used (you always run the risk of repeating the problem)
