Review on πŸ–₯️ Acer UT241Y Bmiuzx: Dual Hinge Touchscreen Monitor with Tilt Adjustment, HDMI, IPS, and 1920X1080P resolution at 60Hz by Luther Simms

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The touch screen works only when an optional cable is connected to the computer

I prefer the screen from my previous Acer T232 monitor, but the stand is not adjustable. The UT241Y has an adjustable stand and a borderless screen. It is best if the place is top notch. Both monitors use the same settings, but the UT241Y has easier-to-use control buttons. Touchscreen monitors require an optional USB-C cable for touch functionality. A 3-foot cable is included with the monitor. The problem starts when there is no USB-C connection on your computer. A legacy USB-A to USB-C cable can be purchased from procase.com on the Revain website. I did a lot of research on the internet to find out why the touch function doesn't work without an extra cable. Reduced illegible manual and Acer do not help.
