The ability to pull up previous years giving reports so quickly! I love this feature because it is very helpful when we have multiple events going at once with different dates for each event within one month of another (for example). It would be nice if you could add in some extra features like being able to set reminders or alerts before an upcoming due date comes by but other than those few things there isn't much else i dislike about CEOP online!! We are using their donation system as well which makes our accounting process even easier since all receipts go through them too.
