Review on Xikar Tactical 1 Single Jet Flame Lighter: Reliable Cigar Rest, Removable Pocket Clip, Gunmetal Finish - A Rugged & Efficient Option by Fred Meeks

The larger nozzle (10mm) on this lighter works fantastic, holds quite a bit of gas, I recommend using the high wattage/high butane Xikar. This helps keep this lighter operating at peak performance and long life. Sturdy, heavy, light and the lid needs to be opened manually, it does not open automatically when you activate/press the ignition switch. You need to open and close the cap of this lighter manually. The cap works great as a cigar stand, for ring gauges up to about 56 or 58. Please let me know how long this lighter actually lasts (edit: after 40 days of daily cigar smoking). Using lighting, the transparent "fuel gauge windows" on either side broke and blew out all the butane. Everything is fine with this lighter, but there are no problems with this whole line? I will let you know after the warranty has been verified. Ideally, they send a new lighter and not a refurbished one. (Posted on May 25, 2020)
