Fake Damascus. great knife.

I've had it for about two years now. I took good care of him. It still holds up and has an amazing edge despite the steel being a bit soft. This has its pros and cons. The decorative damascus is beginning to fade, but the blade is still a brilliant silver colour. The wood in the handle has been well cared for and still feels like new today. Just a bit worn out at the moment. All in all, this is a great knife. Just take care of it.

Pros
  • This German knife has a roller - a thick metal sleeve - between the blade and the handle. The cutting area and the handle area are well separated, which increases safety when cutting food with a knife. Knives have full cheeks that reach to the edge of the blade. This can help balance heavy knives when you need more handle weight. The look of the blade has been carefully designed; The blade features a laser damask pattern.
