Incontinent Boxer Briefs - Soft Knit Cotton - Inserts - Absorbent Pad - Smooth…

Slightly snug but the cotton body is knit cotton and stretchy so it fit reasonably well and was comfortable. Elastic waist band has a good stretch and holds up the briefs. The front insert, urine absorbent, pad is smooth and comfortable. It came with a zippered net bag and I have no idea what it is for. Instructions on care are on the package. The pad extents from the front of the brief to the rear covering all the areas. In walking and moving the pad bunches up between the legs and makes it extremely uncomfortable to wear while working and moving about. The front area is sewn closed and you cannot open it when at the urinal. You have to drop your pants and the briefs, which is a problem when you still can get to the toilet to urinate, that might cause a stress induced premature urination. The stitching of the pads from the front to the rear on each side of the pad, securing the pad to the brief is a real problem to me. The stitching is not like regular stitching of cloth as on the body of the briefs; the pad securing stitching scratches and causes irritation and chafing of the skin along each side of the pad, and if the pad is wet it will cause sores like a diaper rash. Worn once, not again. I will not use these briefs.
