From the outside the product looked great as advertised but when I opened it to reveal the USB connector the connector was bent and I couldn't get it into my computer plug in . I fixed the problem (cleanly) with needle nose pliers, but at the risk of damaging the internal pin connectors. Luckily everything stayed intact and worked, but I didn't have to do something this ridiculous. I don't know if it's due to quality control or packaging imperfections, or maybe even rough handling during shipping. Either way, someone's gotta do better. It would be great to discover it sooner than the day I have to give it to someone as a gift, but it's up to me and I accept it. However, this product should not have been damaged in the first place. Please do better for future customers. Many Thanks.
