I really like that this software makes it easy to access my insurance information as well as patient files.

The system seems very outdated in some ways but you can work around many of those problems. It also has great reporting options so we are able to see exactly where our spending is going. Also love how they have been adding new features all the time! We use their home care management software which allows us to easily track everything from medication administration to visit notes to medical records.
