This is my first set with New and Improved! And here is my third set of shiny Chromatek pencils! I didn't think these glitter pens could get any prettier. I was wrong. You are just great. The handles spread a lot of paint and shine just like the paint. Does not notice stains and dries quickly. I love to paint and this is my #1 coloring. Good color variety. I am very satisfied and the delivery was very fast. I like how they snap onto the case. And the fact that you get a surcharge with your order. Chromatek will always be my first color choice. UPDATE since my last review. I have ordered these beautiful glitter pens 3 more times. I ordered other glossy pens. You just can't match the quality and beauty of these shiny pens.
