Too small, definitely not for adults, and too thin.
Returned as they were too small for me and I'm only 5ft 9" and 200lbs. My girlfriend tried them on (she's only 1.50m tall) and they barely fit.In any case, the plastic and the padding are such that they don't really have any protection factor except to protect your skin from the first scratches, but in any case of road rash will cut through these things.
