These are great ceramic brake pads! Personally, I like them a lot more than the OEM "Land Rover" pads we've used before, which are made by Ferodo (nothing against Ferodo, just my preference). The "Land Rover"/OEM calipers on the LR3 (Discovery 3), LR4 (Discovery 4) and many Range Rovers are made by TRW, so using a pair of TRW calipers seems natural to me. with TRW pads. They were made for each other and installation was a simple task. After installing the squeak and squeak not at all. These pads came with new spring clips and a small packet of TRW caliper/brake grease in the box. I already have a synthetic CRC brake lube that I use, but a small bag of TRW lube would go well in a roadside kit. Sweet, and just to complete the info for those considering these pads. They are made in Spain and we paired them with non-new factory Land Rover front rotors (made by Brembo). I may soon be replacing the discs with a new set of Brembo or Zimmerman discs, but in any case there are no problems with these pads now and I don't see any problems in the future. and also produce *significantly* less brake dust on my wheels compared to factory (semi-metal) pads. Just bought a set of TRW ceramic rear pads and will continue to buy front and rear if needed! 🤙 🏽
