I'm a service manager and bought one of these to have on service drive to quickly scan cars to get an idea of what kind of Diag is needed. This helps set the best expectations for wait times and gives my advisors the ability to decide how much technical staff a vehicle might require. The scanner itself is pretty good. This is an ordinary Chinese scanner. So the menus are very basic and the guide doesn't offer much help. If you are experienced with OBD, you can easily navigate and understand what you are seeing. If not, you should get a simpler scanner. The advantage of this scanner is that it can also get real-time feedback. Lots of features for the price - if you are experienced enough to use it.
