Well I like this chair although it arrived late and damaged. In fact, Revane still believes the package was lost. Both armrests are flattened in the corner where a hand can rest, the upholstery inside is clearly wrinkled or damaged under the fabric. After a long shipping time, don't wait for the item to be returned and hope for the best. This damage does not affect the function of the chair. The chair itself is comfortable thanks to the durable upholstery. The reclined position is easy to reach and lock, although it takes some strength to bring the chair back to an upright position. The footrest is functional, but don't expect it to support the weight of your child sitting on it. It was very easy to set up and the instructions were simple and easy to understand. Edit: The chair has been around for a few months now and is still a pretty good product. One of the main issues is that some of the screws (maybe I read about that in another review) inside the chair have become a bit loose. With each pressure on the back, you can hear the threads being pulled out at a certain point. Not enough to fall apart, but definitely enough to know something is wrong. I will disassemble it to cut threads and replace screws.
