Review on BIOLAGE Clean Reset Shampoo: Intense Cleansing Treatment for Removing Buildup, Suitable for All Hair Types, Paraben-Free and Vegan-Friendly by Kristine Carrillo

I don't know what happened, I usually buy this product from Ulta and love it (have been using it for years) but this time I didn't want to travel so I ordered it from Amazon. When it arrived it had a different cap to the Ulta but it looked and smelled the same so I didn't care. After about a week and a half I noticed that my head was getting more and more itchy and the ends of my hair were SUPER dry. I thought the itching was just an allergy (since I'm sensitive to certain perfumes) until I realized it was worst right after the shower when my hair was drying. I then found that my scalp was chemically burned (as was my hair, hence the "dry" ends) and I stopped using the shampoo immediately. I had an extra bottle of the great Australian volumizing shampoo that I used instead and within days I had no symptoms and my hair was moisturized again. I recommend the product BUT NOT from this seller.
