Review on Topeak Super Tourist DX Trunk Rack with Side Bar for Disc Brake Bicycles by Sean Bouchard

I bought it for my DJ Bikes 26" E-Bike (ASIN: B06XCN2LPX). The seller said it would fit/install and everything went without a hitch. Looks like a good stand and has a lot of nice features. The main one is Topeak's MTX quick-release mount. Another great benefit is that it includes a second rail on the side so you can fit most saddlebags and load the top with a trunk bag or other luggage and still be able to quickly attach and remove. Assembly was pretty easy. The front extension brackets had to be bent to fit the low fender/accessory mount on the e-bike, but this was fairly simple and easy to do, I used Knipex pliers to make a nice bend. Otherwise I needed a 5mm allen wrench for all the bolts and an 8mm wrench for the nuts (sometimes I used an 8mm socket). I needed a 10mm wrench to mount it on my bike. Many don't need it, but something else may be required. Packaging defects: A screw for fastening the rear light bracket was missing from the packaging. Pain, but I found one in my collection that's close enough. Anyway, I've bought a different mount for my flashlight, so I'll most likely be replacing the one that came with it pretty quickly. This stand is a bit more expensive compared to the competition, you pay more for the title. If I had more time I would look around but I was pretty sure this one would fit the bike so I didn't want to mess with the others. I can also use the company's proprietary bags, so I just prepaid so I don't have to make changes later. So far I'm happy with the assembly and setup of the stand, but haven't used it in the wild yet. For now I just wanted to let people know that it mounts pretty well on an e-bike. Rigid molded panels) for the rack and it worked well.
