Ribbon is better than most. The main feature is that it can be peeled off without cracking, easy to peel off with just your fingers, evenly and without cracking. Also easy to separate from the roll. The tape does not stick well to dusty or oily surfaces. Clean surfaces are good. When hanging light plastic vertically, make sure the surface is clean and use enough tape. This is masking tape so the stickiness is moderate and it comes off with enough tension. It adheres well and can also be removed from the surface without damaging it. Not flimsy tape or super thin like some brands, it's strong and doesn't twist or stick to itself as easily as thin tapes. Much less frustration, time and wasted tape. I've only used the first roll and have been happy so far. I paint a bit around the house and also use it to mask watercolor paint to leave a clean raw edge and also have a white border when painting. This value is very competitive compared to other similar tapes. I am very happy with this package. 5 Stars
