NEW UPDATE. Okay, I figured out how to get GIF files to play and I can't believe they don't explain it in the manual. I know how gif works, but you can customize how long each image is displayed before moving on to the next. Can be extended up to 20 seconds. To play a GIF, reduce it to 0.1 seconds, which is the lowest setting. Upload the GIF and that's it. Why the hell isn't that written anywhere? Someone else must have the same problem. Of course, if someone answers my emails, they could tell me about it. It's been a month and I just found out. TO UPDATE. I can't play the gifs at all. Also, some/most of my photos don't appear randomly. I wrote to the manufacturer, no answer. I've applied about five times in the last ten days. You never answered. Customer service is non-existent I think. I would have paid $40 more for Swaglight. It's the exact same light, but the app has been praised. I want to give 5 stars but I keep having trouble loading GIFs. The app keeps crashing. And when I try to add a GIF, sometimes everything else gets deleted and then added. It's pretty annoying. When I got half of what I wanted, I stopped. I hope this is a bug they will fix in an update. I've heard others say the same thing. Like I said, this is FANTASTIC! It seems very durable. They did lab tests on it. Hit it a variety of ways, then use it and see how it works after it's been hit. I am impressed. I looked at all the other similar lamps out there. The ONLY other thing that comes close is the Swaglight, but it's $40 more and it's the exact same light with her name on it. Most other 4 row lights lack any type of light bar protection. They are very well protected and the 4 arms are attached to the central hub, very strong and powerful. The facility wasn't bad. You just have to pay attention to how tight the middle part is against the wheel hub. It should be nice and comfortable, but not cramped. It should stay in place by itself, but moves manually. Setting up the heart this way makes everything else much easier and more reliable. This item was expensive and I would like to upgrade later after a few months of use. So check back later if you're thinking of buying one. I will ride my e-bike on a daily basis, both on normal, bumpy roads and on hard trails. If it breaks, it breaks. so check back later and see if it works. Compared to others, the price is really good. Oh, and that, and Swaglight are ONLY for iOS devices. HUGE deal here, for me anyway.
