Ease to use in terms of deployment/upgrade etc; great customer support if needed when it comes time for upgrades or troubleshooting issues with our system - I have had several conversations via email but this has also been done through phone calls as well which works really good too! Sometimes there are other products out that do more things than Medhost (and they work better) so you need an understanding of what your needs will be before going down any given path. For us we wanted something simple yet powerful allowing users from multiple different departments across many states access all their documents at once without having them open up separate windows within one program - easy to set everything up.
