Exceeds all expectations for our fleet management needs
I like that Premo has several modules to choose from for our fleet management needs (Traffic & Safety). It also allows us access via mobile devices which helps with time savings when we are away at meetings or events outside of normal business hours! The interface can be difficult if you don't know what your doing but it's not impossible once someone shows how easy this system really works!! There isn’t anything specific about Premo X-perts as far goes its ease/customization options however there have been no issues since implementation so all good here too.
Pros
- User friendly / intuitive
- Can sync data between multiple platforms including phones, tablets etc.
- Data is accurate; they take pride in their work ! They do whatever necessary t improve accuracy wherever possible :)
Cons
- Sometimes takes longer than expected
- Has trouble keeping up sometimes due mostly likely because traffic volume increases over holiday weekends
